In the near future we hope to be offering Bed and Breakfast as an add on to Historic House Invitation to View Tours at Acton Scott Hall. You will usually be welcomed by one of the Acton family. The rooms maintain much of their unspoiled charm with freshly renovated features, comfortable beds and crisp linen, and are named according to the servants' bells which are still to be seen in the basement. To view each of them in more detail, please click below. Tea and Coffee are provided for you in the rooms.
Guests will have access to a beautiful shared lounge downstairs and will be served breakfast at the 17th Century refectory table in the Drawing Room with its stunning view over the lawns. In the evening your hosts, Francis and Alison Acton, might entertain you with some Victorian games, or you can stroll around the grounds at your leisure and enjoy the view of Wenlock Edge from the Summer House.
- Wifi is available in all bedrooms.
- In order to minimise waste, we do not provide individual toiletries; shampoo and shower gel are available.
- Rooms are accessed by the main stairs of the Hall; we do not have a stair lift.
All bookings will be made through Historic House Invitation to View and will be exclusively available to their members or those attending events at Acton Scott Hall.
