Then drive through the lovely Shropshire Hills countryside to Acton Scott Hall, where you will discover country house entertainment in the form of a wonderful collection of fascinating music machines.

The owners create some of the sounds of the past on this tour, which bring to life the stories and history of this characterful family home.

Tickets £49.50 including a sandwich lunch at in the dining room or on the terrace (weather permitting) at Stokesay Court and tea and cake in the conservatory at Acton Scott Hall at the end of the tour.

Visitors are invited to book one of the beautiful, newly renovated en-suite bedrooms at Acton Scott Hall. The rooms are available at a discount for guests booked on a tour or private event and you will have exclusive access to the private grounds. Your breakfast will be prepared and served by owners Francis and Alison and served in the Drawing Room. There are several local eateries for you to enjoy your evening meal.
